I pursued a degree in Communication and Information Science, but my true passion has always been within creative pursuits. Despite having no prior experience or innate talent in the arts, I persevered through my passion and drive, which eventually led me to where I am today.
The first sign that I was destined for this line of work? Seeing a tattoo in person for the first time. After that, I was hooked - and couldn't wait to get tattooed myself. So when I finally got my first tattoo on my 16th birthday, it was a life-changing moment for me. Jim Orie introduced me to the world of tattooing and then went on to become my close friend and trusted mentor.
Over the years, I collected more tattoos and journeyed further into the world of tattooing, deepening my appreciation for its intricate symbols and subtle craftsmanship. And now I'm fortunate enough to say that my passion has become my full-time profession.
My own tattoos tell the story of my favorite styles: blackwork, Polynesian, ornamental and everything that goes along with them. As I develop, I see myself specialising in these styles. But for now, my focus is simply on improving myself and honing my skills so that each day is better than the one before. I can't wait to see what the future will bring!
